Not at all! Although many of our summer program attendees come from Levine Academy families, all students are welcome. 

Yes, campers may purchase hot lunch for the week, by the day, or may bring their own.

Go to the Camp Shemesh portal to register for lunch by the week. Reservations for weekly hot lunch must be confirmed by the Thursday before your camper’s week begins to receive special pricing. No refunds or credits.

Single lunches can be ordered. All single order lunches are priced at $8.50 each. To purchase a single hot lunch, please click HERE fill out the form. Your order must be placed by 10am, day of. No refunds or credits.

Monday: Pasta with Meat Sauce and Garlic Toast
Tuesday: Burger and French Fries
Wednesday: Cheese Pizza
Thursday: Chicken Nuggets
Friday: Grilled Cheese

When packing lunches from home, please remember Levine Academy is a kosher facility and follows Kashrut (Jewish Dietary Laws). 
- No Meat (Only pareve, dairy or vegetarian food is permitted. Cold foods are the best. Fish with fins and scales such as Tuna, Tilapia and Salmon ARE considered pareve.)
- Sharing? Remember that food for birthday parties or to be shared at school must be certified Kosher. 
Foods that do not need a Heksher (Kosher symbol) are Milk, Fruit Juices, Fruits and Vegetables. 
Some acceptable Kosher symbols are: 

• Vegetarian lunch and snacks
• Refillable water bottle with your child & name clearly labeled.
• Change of clothes, if needed.

Yes, morning and afternoon care services are available.

Week 2      June 10-14 (closed Wednesday, June 12 & Thursday, June 13, in observance of Shavuot)
Week 3      June 17-21 (closed Wednesday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth)
Week 4      June 24-28
Week 5      July 1-5 (closed Thursday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day)
Week 6      July 8-12
Week 7      July 15-19
Week 8      July 22-26

"Total Camp Experience" (FULL SUMMER)
If a camper withdraws from the “Total Camp Experience” at any time after April 26, 2024, but before the program has commenced (June 3, 2024), a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the full tuition for the “Total Camp Experience” from which the camper has been withdrawn. Once "Total Camp Experience" has commenced (June 3, 2024), none of the tuition is refundable.

"I Only Need A Few Weeks" (PAY-BY-THE-WEEK)
If a camper withdraws from a "I Only Need A Few Weeks" session at any time up to 14 days before that "I Only Need A Few Weeks" session has commenced, a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the full tuition for that "I Only Need A Few Weeks" session from which the camper has been withdrawn.
